Returns and Refunds

We want returns to be straightforward.

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene, safety or product-integrity reasons, some opened personal-care, skincare, aromatherapy, food or other sealed goods may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To start a return:
Email us at scottlwsd@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm the next steps and return details.

Refunds:
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
