Are all Restored Living products organic or natural?
No blanket claim is made across the whole catalogue. We prioritise naturally aligned products and clearly present organic, vegan, cruelty-free or natural-origin claims where the product information supports them.

How do you choose products?
We review supplier information, ingredients or materials where relevant, product usefulness and how well each item fits the Heal, Mind or Living range.

Where are you based?
Restored Living is a UK-based business.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier, destination and product source.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on UK delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
